Treament Facilities

Treatment Facilities
The Treatment Facilities Committee leads and coordinates the work of AA members and groups in carrying the message to those in hospital and treatment facility programs. Examples of our 12-step work include chairing a meeting at a detox center, coordinating AA meetings at a treatment center, and working with hospital staff to organize an AA meeting.
Treatment Committee
Mission
The purpose of the Area 30 Treatment Committee is to coordinate the work of individual A.A. members and groups who are interested in carrying our message of recovery to alcoholics in treatment and outpatient settings.
Purpose
Volunteers outreach to treatment facilities in their district to make administrators aware that A.A. can provide their clients with assistance in recovery as well as transition those clients who are interested in maintaining their sobriety to migrate to the fellowship outside the treatment setting.
Treatment Meeting
The Treatment Committee meets at 7:00pm on the 3rd Friday of every month virtually on Zoom. (Please visit the Area 30 calendar for more info)
